What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We recommend booking appointments in advance, especially for weekends.

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability with your preferred stylist and to minimize waiting time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, mobile money (MTN and Airtel), and credit/debit cards. All major credit cards are accepted.

Do you offer services for men?

Yes, we are a unisex salon and offer a full range of services for men including haircuts, styling, beard grooming, and treatments. Our specialist Mark is dedicated to men's grooming.

Do you use natural/organic products?

Yes, we prioritize using high-quality, natural products that are gentle on hair and skin. We offer a range of organic and sustainably sourced products for both services and retail purchase.
